From Zero to Hero. A Month-Long Sprint to launch a healthcare recruitment business.
Raise Recruitment is an emerging player in the healthcare recruitment sector. The client needed a complete brand and website developed quickly to establish their presence and begin generating leads.
With only a few weeks to deliver, we condensed the usual process of ideation, design, refinement, and iteration into an intensive creative sprint. After interviewing the two founders and developing moodboards to explore their vision, I created three distinct brand directions exploring different logotypes, icon systems, and colour palettes.
After a radical shift in style and direction driven by a change in the company’s vision, we developed a complete suite of graphic assets and established a clear aesthetic foundation for the brand. With the identity approved, the immediate priority became creating a lead-generating landing page designed with scalability in mind, allowing for future features such as job board integration, resume submissions, and blog functionality. Webflow was chosen for its flexibility, speed, and ability to adapt as the brand continues to grow.
Given the tight deadline, a re-skinned template provided the most efficient solution. To strengthen the brand narrative, I paired the minimalist logo with licensed stock imagery and video content as placeholders until original photography could be produced. A short showreel was created to introduce the brand’s values, supported by imagery that visually communicated RR’s mission, approach, and energy.
Despite several challenges, the project launched successfully within the one-month window, establishing Raise Recruitment as a confident and credible new voice in the healthcare recruitment space.
