After a shift in style and direction, we developed a complete suite of graphic assets and established a clear aesthetic foundation. Once approved, the immediate priority became creating a lead-generating landing page designed with scalability in mind for future features such as job board integration, resume submissions, and blog functionality. Webflow was chosen for its flexibility, speed, and ability to adapt as the brand grows.

Given the tight deadline, a re-skinned template provided the most efficient solution. To deepen the brand narrative, I paired the minimalist logo with licensed stock imagery and video content, placeholders until original photography could be produced. A short showreel was created to introduce the brand’s values, supported by imagery that visually communicated RR’s mission, approach, and energy.

Despite several challenges, the project successfully launched within the one-month window, establishing Raise Recruitment as a confident and credible new voice in healthcare recruitment.
